How to convince his circle of acquaintances?


" The best way of imposing an idea in in, It is to persuade them that it comes from them … "

 That it is about your customers, about your boss or about your employees(associates), colleagues, suppliers, friends, and even (or especially) about your spouse and about your children of convincing and of persuading your interlocutors, whatever they are, is a challenge to be raised(found) every day.

How make your messages pass? How to convince the others of the legitimacy of your proposals? How to gain(win) in presence and to strengthen the impact of your communication? And especially, ultimate purpose, how to take you there so that your interlocutors made for what you ask them? Does the end justify the means? Nobody does not succeed nor fails accidentally. many studies were led over the years by several prestigious Universities to understand what are the factors which allow to determine early the success or the failure in every aspect of an individual life. reseachers of the of HAVARD's univbersity in the USA observed between the 50s and 60 the styles of several categories of populations and noticed that there was really a psychology of the failure. The failure is predictable and it results from the contempt of several biblical and universal principles which are not applied. Among the major causes of failure we find: the laziness, the excuses miss him perseverance, the lack of vision, the absence of plan and objective The fear, fail, succeed, criticisms , opposition, disease etc
We find the lack of discipline, the lack of diligence and the procrastination still the indecision. Whatever the reason, they have us indispensable to understand that the failure is not a person but an event, you had can be made something which failed, which was insane certainly but it not you defined absolutely not. So you already owe stop considering as a failure because it is an insult to GOD. Say that you have a failure amounts to say that God made a mistake by creating you.
Don MAXWELL says that if the failure taught you something then you are not really losing.
